NZ DEFENCE FORCE MEDAL SURVEY
The NZ Defence Force has been asked to undertake a survey of serving and ex service personnel on the proposed New Zealand Defence Force Medal.
Ex RF Cadet personnel interested in reading about the proposal and possibly making a submission on the survey are advised to study the proposal and complete the questionnaire as follows..

On the front page a panel on the left hand side under the heading Special Features is an invitation to Have Your Say! and make your submission on the subject. Click on read more at the bottom of the panel and you will be transferred to the Survey Outline page.
At the foot of the page are a series of options for submitting your comments.
