Retired as Deputy Commandant, Burnham Camp in 1989 after 20 years service. Was Logistic Manager of Wattie Frozen Foods in Chch then NZ Food Service Manager for Heinz-Wattie. Went to Malaysia in 1996 to develop a coldstore, get it operational and manage it. Returned to Timaru and Polarcold Stores Limited. Currently Operations Manager of Polarcold Stores, President of the South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Polytechnic.
