After leaving Cadets I went on to the School of Artillery in Waiouru before doing stints in 32E Bty and 161 Bty. I moved to Melbourne Australia in 1982 and have lived in Australia ever since. I currently live in Sydney with my wife and three girls. I work as a Regional Security Manager for Woolworths Supermarkets looking after the security processes for 76 Supermarkets located from Double Bay in the Eastern Suburbs to Dubbo in the far west. I completed a Batchelor of Science (Security) last year with the support of my employer. I love living here in Sydney but still keep in touch with my roots as a member of the Tumanako Kapa Haka group (Thanks Tawhiwhi Brown BB rest in peace). e-mail dscrofts@bigpond.com
