After cadets and joining RNZEME, posted to Trentham, Burnham and Papakura. Was lucky enough to be posted to Singapore in 1985, returned from there to run workshop in Dunedin. Liked it so much that in 1990 got out and bought and ran the NOVUS franchise in the area until 1997. I then joined a company called MotorSafe which provided quality systems to garage and met up with many ex EME personnel at companies I visited. I am now working for Land transport Safety Authority in Dunedin keeping an eye on all garages, testing stations that issue warrants of fitness, certificates of fitness and now repair certifiers (panel beaters). I'm married to Laurie (25 years this year) and have 3 sons aged 21, 17 and 14. Look forward to hearing from anyone who wants to say hi. E-mail address Lee5@xtra.co.nz
