Joined the clubbies in March 59 (late) and left Cadet School in Mar 61. Graduated to the RNZASC and finally left the Army in Dec 1980. Living in a little place just out of Gisborne called Patutahi. Mattie and the 3 girls are fine and have 4 mokos with another on the way thanks to our daughter living in London. Contact e-mail is philipatpatutahi@xtra.co.nz . I would love to hear from anybody passing through.

Left the cadets for a career in transport. Did a couple of stints as an instructor at NSTU and RF Depot then back into Transport. Whilst at 1AASO I was talked into taking a commission by Maj Jamie Turner. First commissioned posting B Sqn NSTU. Then off to Singapore for a 2 year posting with ANZUK. Back to NZ with 10 Tpt in 1975 then as adjutant Linton then as CO 2 Tpt Sqn where I stayed until I decided to take retirement in 1981.

The days after retirement saw me take up managers jobs in Transport for Freightways, Daily Freightways and latterly Mainfreight. Gave up full time work about 4 years ago and only work part time now, play golf, fish and enjoy my life.
