Enjoyed (most of)! my time as a cadet. A quick way to grow up and a good kick-start to life. Also fortunate to have been a staff member for a couple of years as well (Pl Sgt 1983-84). Would do it all over again. After a rewarding career with the Guns, retired in '97 to Tauranga as a stevedoring foreman. Still with same company (International Stevedoring Operations) as Tauranga Manager. Married with 3 kids. Great to bump into the odd familiar face from time to time. Email GrantR@iso.co.nz
