I joined clubbies as an apprentice chef in 1980, Elliot VC class. After graduation I was posted to Fort Dorset in Seatoun, Wellington (which is now a primary school) Good memories. Got out late 84' moved to Auckland and into the Hyatt Kingsgate hotel chain. Moved to Adelaide Australia in 86' then travelled as a chef for the last 18 years. Currently on cruise ships (Norwegian Cruise Lines) as Executive Chef. Will get home some time and settle down. Well, still on Cruise ships out of the USA.
