Graduated 1960 to Addington Chch as an apprentice carp and joiner. Had 3mths down at Scott Base summer season of 1962-63 where I turned 21 ( the very first person to do so down there, also finished my apprenticeship down there as well ) Left the army in 1966, worked on the hydros at Avimore for a few yrs, came back to Chch and did a few odd jobs over the years. Finished up working for the NZPO where I am still currently working, in an off shoot called Letter box channel. Married with 2 sons.
